The way the British system works is that the legislature makes the laws, and the judiciary then applies them. If, as head of the executive (and therefore the person responsible for ensuring that new laws that pass through the legislature are well-written and clear in intention) you fail in your duty of providing good laws, then blaming the judiciary for applying them in the way set out in the legislation you are responsible for having drawn-up is pathetic buck-passing.Go read the rest.

Hi Mary, It's something I'm aware of, the software you're using doesn't work properly (Microsoft have been promising to fis it for over three years now), and when I reprogrammed it, I messed up and didn't check things properly.
I'll try to fix things tonight, it's been on my "to do" list for awhile.
(now,a re you actually called Mary Seacole, and if so, any relation to the Mary Seacole?)
